After being granted bail by the Supreme Court, Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal has sent a clear message. He has come out of Tihar Jail not just as a CM, but as a national leader. With Haryana’s 2024 Assembly elections approaching, people are wondering if his political strength has really increased 100 times, as he claims, and whether this will impact the elections.

AAP is part of the opposition’s INDIA Bloc, so it is expected that they will contest the elections alongside Congress. However, no seat-sharing agreement has been made yet. Political circles are buzzing with discussions about how Kejriwal’s campaign in Haryana might affect different parties. Will it harm Congress and help the BJP? Only time will tell. One thing is clear, though: AAP has already pushed Congress aside to win in Delhi and Punjab, largely due to Kejriwal’s leadership.

AAP’s Strength Has Grown, But Records Tell Another Story

Along with Kejriwal, leaders like Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia have also been released from jail. This is seen as a major boost for AAP ahead of the elections. Some believe that AAP could now succeed in Haryana. However, if we look at AAP’s track record from 2014 to 2024, the party hasn’t performed well in either national or state elections in Haryana. In fact, they didn’t win any seats, and in the last assembly elections, most of their candidates lost their deposits.

High Energy After Jail Release

After his release from Tihar Jail, Kejriwal made his stance clear: “Anti-national forces are trying to weaken and divide the country. I have always fought against them and will continue to do so. The country is going through a critical phase. The nation is important, not Kejriwal. We need to fight against forces trying to weaken the Election Commission, and those controlling the ED (Enforcement Directorate) and CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation).”

How Has Arvind Kejriwal Become 100 Times Stronger?

According to Kejriwal, “I have faced many struggles in life and overcome great difficulties, but God has supported me at every step. God helped me because I was truthful. They thought by putting me in jail, they would break my spirit. But my resolve has grown 100 times stronger, and my strength has increased 100 times. Thick jail walls and bars cannot break me.”
