After assuming the CM position, she explained that she will manage the role for the next four months just like Bharat did for Lord Ram by keeping his sandals on the throne when he was in exile. Atishi mentioned she feels the same emotions Bharat did when Lord Ram was away for 14 years.

Two days ago, Atishi took the oath as Delhi’s eighth Chief Minister, along with her cabinet colleagues. Today, she officially took charge of the CM’s office at the Delhi Secretariat. Reports suggest she will call a cabinet meeting on Monday to make some important decisions. Meanwhile, it has been announced that the Delhi Assembly session will be held on September 26 and 27.
