The second and final Test match between India and Bangladesh is being played in Kanpur, but rain has halted the game. Due to the heavy downpour, play on Day 2, Saturday, couldn’t start. The Green Park Stadium’s pitch and ground were covered because of the rain, and both teams, India and Bangladesh, returned to their hotels.

Bangladesh, in their first innings, had scored 107 runs for 3 wickets in 35 overs. However, after that, the game could not continue. The second day of the match also started with rain in Kanpur, and by 12 PM, play still hadn’t begun. This forced both Rohit Sharma’s Indian team and the Bangladesh team to go back to their hotels.

Mominul Haque remained unbeaten with 40 runs, hitting 7 boundaries from 81 balls. Najmul Hossain Shanto made 31 runs before being dismissed, and Mushfiqur Rahim was unbeaten with 6 runs.

It’s worth noting that India won the first Test of the series by a massive 280-run margin. Now, the second Test has been affected by rain. After this match, a three-game T20 series will be played. The first match will take place in Gwalior, the second in Delhi, and the final match in Hyderabad.
