Mark Zuckerberg Becomes World’s Third Richest with $200 Billion Net Worth

According to Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index, Mark Zuckerberg, co-founder and CEO of Meta Platforms, has joined the exclusive club of billionaires with a net worth of $200 billion. Elon Musk, the chief of Tesla, and Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, are also part of this club.

As per the latest data released by Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index on September 25, 2024, Elon Musk remains the world’s richest person with a net worth of $268 billion. Jeff Bezos follows him in second place with $216 billion. Mark Zuckerberg is now the third richest person in the world with a net worth of $200 billion. This year, Zuckerberg’s wealth has seen a huge jump of $71 billion. In comparison, Bezos’ wealth increased by $39.3 billion, and Musk’s wealth grew by $38.9 billion.

Louis Vuitton Chairman Bernard Arnault is very close to joining the $200 billion club, with a net worth of $183 billion. Oracle’s Larry Ellison is also not far behind, with $189 billion. Arnault’s wealth has dropped by $24.2 billion this year, while Ellison’s net worth has grown by $55.6 billion.

In India, Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, has a net worth of $113 billion. Gautam Adani, chairman of Adani Group, has $105 billion. Ambani’s wealth increased by $16.7 billion, while Adani’s net worth rose by $20.9 billion this year.
