CM Yogi to Inaugurate Armed Forces Festival in Lucknow

A three-day Armed Forces Festival will start in the Surya Sports Complex in Cantt, Lucknow, from Tuesday, September 3. The festival will run until September 5 and will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Visitors will have the chance to see and learn about the latest weapons and equipment used by the Army, Navy, and Air Force. An exhibition will be set up to give people a closer look at military technology and activities.

Event Details

The festival will take place daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It will showcase the power of the armed forces with displays including helicopters, microlight flying, paramotors, and combat aircraft. There will also be performances featuring horses and motorcycles, as well as parachute jumps and special forces demonstrations.

Combat Display and Drone Demonstrations

The festival will feature a combat display with advanced drones used by the Indian Army to show their effectiveness against enemies. Brave soldiers will also display their skills. Visitors will be able to see tanks, infantry weapons, and artillery. The Navy band will entertain with their delightful tunes.

Additional Attractions

Attendees can also enjoy various shows and displays, including horse and dog shows, motorcycle displays, parachute jumps, air warrior drills, naval band performances, and exhibitions of weapons and aircraft like Chinook and Light Combat Helicopters.

The preparations for the festival in Lucknow are complete, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the event. The exhibition will offer insights into the military and showcase the bravery and skills of the armed forces.
