Tickets After November 11

Tata Group and Singapore Airlines have decided to merge their joint venture, Vistara, with Air India. They claim that the new airline will be among the world’s leading airlines and will offer better services for domestic and international passengers. Vistara says that bookings made for flights up to November 11 will not be affected. For bookings beyond this date, passengers will receive Air India tickets. All customers will be informed about this change.

Service Quality Remains Unchanged

According to Vistara, after November 11, customers can use the Air India website to book services. Vistara’s flights and staff will transition to Air India, but there will be no compromise on service quality. Air India CEO Campbell Wilson recently stated that Vistara’s staff will operate these flights until early 2025. After that, decisions will be made regarding route assignments.

Club Vistara to Become Flying Returns, Credit Card Updates Coming Soon

Air India is also updating its services, including adding new aircraft and introducing premium economy class. Customers who are members of Club Vistara will be transferred to Air India’s Flying Returns program, continuing to enjoy their benefits. Additionally, Air India and Vistara’s co-branded credit cards are expected to be unified soon.
